I'm so patriotic. And I'm a proud Albertian!

But it's the last saturday of the week.

He told me he wanted to take the dog for a walk since it was so nice out.
We went for a small drive out to the National park with the dog.
He found a quiet spot to park the truck. I jumped out of the truck to see him lower the tail gate and lay out an old blanket.
In the bag he had packed, was a container of my favorite fruits. Strawberries, grapes, watermelon, and kiwi.
There was cheese and crackers.
Some cucumber sandwiches.
A small tim of caviar, and another of oysters.
A bottle of champagne, and 2 plastic champagne glasses.
So we layed on the tail gate and snacked and talked all afternoon, we walked through the park, and just enjoyed the crisp spring air.

Oh, Christmas.

Dear Christmas,

You tried to be good to me. But you wern't. Being stuck at work did not make it very fun.


I'm starting to wonder how many good times I'm going to pass up befor I miss out on everything. I'm tired of it always being my job. I won't always have my family there...

I just want to be with my husband.
I swear I'll never spend another Christmas alone.

All the family is coming to my house to have Christmas with me this weekend.
It's this early because I have to work from the 23rd till the 30th. Some times I hate working industrial, since I'm out of town for so much. I'm so thankful that I have such an uderstanding husband and family. I get to entertain. I'm really excited to be the host. It is after all, my first holiday season being married.

I miss seeing my family, and I really miss my husband.

I'll be back in home in 6 hours, and only one more hour of work left!

It's too cold. I wish I was home with my hunny, all wrapped, drinking hot cocoa.

I want to rip my hair out!

Another one of those days. There is just too much tenssion around work. I don't even have any involvment but it makes me hate being here.
